Last weekend, pharmaceutical wholesaler GP Nord organized a team-building event – a canoe trip along the Mūsa and Lielupe rivers. This event was not only fun but also fostered more heartfelt collaboration and communication among colleagues.
The day began in Riga with a playful “Ugly Shirt” draw organized by Linards, adding humor and setting a joyful tone for the team’s active outing. The team then headed to Bauska, where they paddled kayaks past the beautiful Bauska Castle, enjoying both the sunny weather and the opportunity to connect with one another in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. Upon reaching the Lielupe, the team alternated between leisurely drifting in friendly conversation, paddling more energetically, and stopping along the riverbank.
The day concluded at Rožmalas, where colleagues shared a meal and relaxed in the spa area. These informal activities, combined with outdoor adventure, not only help relieve accumulated stress but also strengthen team spirit and enhance communication, providing lasting benefits for future collaboration.
