The employee of the year is Agnese Zeltiņa, who not only won or shared the employee of the month title three times (March, September, and December), but also demonstrated exceptional support to her colleagues and united the team by organizing employee events at her home. Agnese is a shining example of teamwork, community spirit, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
