GP Nord at CPHI Milan 2026

Two busy days, countless conversations and people from all over the world – the GP Nord team has returned from CPHI Milan 2026 with fresh ideas, valuable connections and an even stronger appreciation of the collaboration that keeps the pharmaceutical industry moving.

CPHI Milan is one of the major international events for the pharmaceutical industry, bringing together professionals and companies from across the global pharma supply chain. Organiser figures for this year’s event indicated more than 62,000 attendees and over 2,900 exhibiting companies. The exhibition covered approximately 345,000 square metres and featured more than 250 expert speakers and 130 content sessions. Source: CPHI event team

Across the exhibition halls, visitors could explore active pharmaceutical ingredients, finished dosage forms, contract manufacturing, research services, packaging and production technologies. This year’s programme also highlighted AI and technology, cold chain and logistics, contamination control, labelling and sustainability. These topics reflect the realities facing the industry today: increasingly complex requirements, international supply chains and the growing importance of reliable partners.

Pharma is about much more than individual companies

GP Nord Co-Founder Pēteris Zeltiņš shared a thought that captures the experience particularly well:

“It is hard to imagine that so many professionals from all over the world can come together in such a concentrated space. Everyone has their own small part of the industry, and every link is incredibly important. Only together, like one huge mechanism connecting the entire planet, can we ensure that patients receive their medicines — from the simplest products to the most complex ones.”

This is one of the most important takeaways we brought home from Milan. Behind every product, shipment and successful business relationship are people, expertise and countless interconnected processes. Every part plays a role in making sure medicines reach the people who need them.

Conversations that can grow into partnerships

Our Export Sales Team Lead, Aleksandrs Zaicevs, highlighted three busy days filled with valuable discussions with CROs, CDMOs and pharmaceutical partners from around the world.

“Back from CPHI Milan 2026! Three busy days at Fiera Milano full of great conversations with CROs, CDMOs and pharma partners from all over the world. Thank you to everyone who took the time to meet. Looking forward to turning these conversations into new collaborations in clinical trial supply. See you next year!”

For us, these meetings are about much more than exchanging business cards. They are opportunities to understand our partners’ needs, discuss challenges, explore new solutions and build relationships that go beyond a single project or transaction.

Thank you for connecting with us!

A big thank you to all our partners, customers, new contacts and friends who made time to meet us in Milan. We value the serious business discussions just as much as the informal conversations over coffee — because both can lead to new ideas, stronger relationships and shared opportunities.

We are returning with fresh insights, valuable connections and plenty of motivation to keep building meaningful partnerships across the global pharmaceutical industry.

Ultimately, what matters is not only what each company does individually, but what we can achieve together.

See you at the next CPHI!
