Autumn Gathering and Welcoming New Team Members

This year’s GP Nord autumn gathering turned into a warm and heartfelt evening – the kind that naturally happens when colleagues meet outside the office and simply enjoy each other’s company. Hosted in the welcoming home of Agnese and Pēteris, the whole team came together to unwind after a busy season, share conversations, laugh, and spend quality time in a relaxed atmosphere.

Looking back at everything we have achieved this year, it’s clear that GP Nord has taken important steps forward – developing new services, expanding partnerships, and strengthening our fast and reliable delivery systems. None of this would be possible without a dedicated team that stands together and works with real commitment. And at GP Nord, we believe that when people work well, they also deserve good rest. We enjoy doing that together, because a friendly team spirit is one of our greatest values.

This gathering, however, was not just about relaxation. It was also a special moment for our newest team members – Normunds Kronbergs, Markuss Krauklis, and Aivo Oskis. Over the past months, they have joined GP Nord, and the autumn party became their symbolic “welcome” into our family. They were greeted with warmth, humour, and friendly encouragement – exactly the way things naturally happen within our team.

Throughout the evening, conversations flowed about life, opportunities, and future plans. There were shared meals, time in the sauna and hot tub, cosy conversation corners, group activities, and plenty of laughter – the kind that arises only when people truly enjoy being together.

Moments like these remind us that the strength of GP Nord lies in its people – in their attitude, support, and ability to be a united team both at work and beyond. This autumn gathering was yet another beautiful confirmation of that.
