Agnese is the central gear in the GP Nord engine – almost every task eventually passes through her thoughtful and kind hands. She ensures smooth operations and also brings the team together through her unofficial (but essential!) role as event organizer. A true soul of the team.
🥈 2nd place – Ēriks Žvīgulis, Computer Systems Manager
When someone needs tech support – whether it’s a device or advice – Ēriks is always there. His calm, practical and skilled support has been invaluable to everyone.
🥉 3rd place – Zane Vārtukapteine, Operations Coordinator
Zane impresses with her speed and precision in managing supplier and client data, including complex hospital orders through Latmed Pro. She is essential to keeping logistics on track.
4th place – Toms Egle, Warehouse Manager
Toms keeps everything flowing smoothly – from incoming shipments to outgoing orders and all the documentation in between. Quiet and efficient, he keeps the engine running behind the scenes.
5th place – Laura Saldovere, Responsible Person
Laura ensures the company operates in full compliance with Latvian and EU regulations. Her attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility give everyone peace of mind.
6th place – Dāvids Jansons, Developer
Dāvids powers GP Nord’s IT systems. He adapts tech solutions to team needs with patience and precision – whether smiling or gritting his teeth, he always gets the job done.
7th place – Linards Andersons, Accountant
Linards keeps financial operations in perfect order – every number checked, every document filed. He’s always ready to support colleagues with answers and clarity.
8th place – Vladimirs Smirnovs, Operations Coordinator
Vladimirs is this year’s growth champion – showing remarkable professional development and dedication to quality. Precision and politeness define his work ethic.
9th place – Olga Stavinska, Administrative Manager
Olga keeps the company’s paperwork and daily operations running smoothly. She also brings events to life, supporting the whole team with her calm and capable presence.
